Last summer I started making homemade popsicles and I haven’t looked back! Not only are they extremely easy to make, but they are also so much tastier (and healthier!) than store-bought popsicles.

Instead of artificial flavors and sugars, these homemade popsicles are packed with fresh fruit and good-for-you ingredients. Trust me, homemade tastes just as good, better in fact, than any store-bought option.

Ingredients

US METRICS
  • 4 cups fresh fruit (or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup water ( or milk, yogurt, coconut milk, or juice)
  • 2 tbsp honey (more to taste)

Add fruit, water (or other liquid), and honey to a blender. Blend until desired texture is reached. Leave some fresh bits or fruit of you like or blend completely. Taste the mixture and adjust if needed, adding more fruit or honey. The sweetness will depend on what fruit.

Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

To serve, run the popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds to easily remove the popsicles
